Success Behaviors:

Through over 14 years of experience, we have learned that professionals with the following values and behaviors succeed in our culture:

  • Focused on delivering high-quality client service through a team effort (e.g., you are a great team player)

  • Ability to “get stuff done” with a positive attitude and fast pace

  • Conscientious attention to detail

  • Ability to think outside the box to execute on projects based on end goal versus adhering to a detailed road map

  • Proactive problem solving

  • Attitude consistent with our core values — (i) great attitude... puts others first; (ii) driven to make an impact; (iii) always open to a better way; (iv) courage to do the right thing; and (v) someone you can count on

For this role, the attorney must be willing to prioritize the work of the team over individual performance.  In other words, this is a “team first” position.  “Lone rangers,” “screamers,” “jerks,” and “control freaks” will not succeed in this role.
