Each client is assigned a Relationship Manager at the onset of the firm's engagement with them.
Relationship Managers:
Make strategic decisions on project
Maintain client satisfaction
Handle billing issues
Address any client concerns
Obtain periodic client feedback and communicate to the project team opportunities for service-delivery improvement
Each matter has an assigned Project Manager. Each matter also has at least one assigned Service Professional.
Project Managers:
Manage project to client’s satisfaction (timing, results, cost)
Lead, manage, and develop the team of Service Professionals
Keep Relationship Manager informed of project progress
Review and approve invoices
Incorporate quality improvement into the project process to improve service levels
Service Professionals:
Provide technical services to client satisfaction on the project
Assist with project management
Develop forms and processes to improve service delivery
