Litigation Paralegal - IP Litigation/Commercial Litigation/Anti-Counterfeiting Professional
As we grow the firm, we will have a need for an IP litigation paralegal with at least 10 years of experience.

We are seeking the next great person to add to our team. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting a 5-attorney trial team that focuses on intellectual property litigation, commercial litigation, and anti-counterfeiting enforcement.
About You:
10+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
Certified Paralegal preferred
Team player, anticipates the needs of others
Detail-oriented and analytical
Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment
Organized and capable of handling projects in an efficient manner
Personal responsibility for each assigned task and follow through to completion by the assigned deadline
Positive attitude and genuine passion for the job and the firm’s success
Ability to work in-office and remotely
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage case deadlines, docketing, and filings
Run docket meetings for trial team
Electronic discovery and traditional document production
Initial drafts of pleadings
Trial preparation and presentation
Admin support for 5-attorney trial team
Project manager for anti-counterfeiting enforcement campaigns
