Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney (8-14+ years experience)

We are looking for an experienced trial attorney (8-14+ years) with demonstrated leadership skills, a starter book of business, and a commitment to professional development.  Ideally, this candidate possesses the potential to lead our trial team over time.  Training as well as new cases will be provided.  Depending on experience level and book of business, participation in our profit-sharing plan is a possible compensation component.

Team-Centric Litigation Group

Our litigation practice operates as a team to work our caseload, which includes a weekly docket deadline and case strategy meeting where we process all the cases as a group.  We also encourage collaboration within the team by forming diverse project teams for each case.  This structure provides enhanced experience for junior lawyers and allows us to structure case teams to best serve client interests.
