Klemchuk PLLC Attorneys Named as Best Lawyers by D Magazine

DALLAS, Texas – Klemchuk PLLC, a leading litigation, intellectual property (IP), and business law firm, announces that Darin Klemchuk, CEO and founder, and Keith Rawlins, Member, have been named to “Best Lawyers” in Dallas for 2023 by D Magazine

Klemchuk was recognized as one of the best lawyers in Intellectual Property for 2023, marking the 16th time he has been selected since 2007.  He was included in the inaugural Hall of Fame “Best Lawyers in Dallas” list by D Magazine for 2022, for his work in Intellectual Property law.  Klemchuk has also been recognized numerous times as a Texas Super Lawyer and as a Rising Star by Law & Politics Magazine as published in Texas Super Lawyers Magazine, a Thomson Reuters service.

Keith Rawlins was a named a “Best Lawyer” in Intellectual Property: Patent Prosecution for 2023, which is the 5th time to be on the IP list since 2016, and the 2nd time to be recognized for Patent Prosecution.

Klemchuk, the Firm’s founder and CEO, focuses on all aspects of intellectual property with emphasis on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation. He earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington.

Keith Rawlins, Member, focuses on all forms of intellectual property with an emphasis in preparing, prosecuting, and managing U.S. and international patent portfolios. Keith earned a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, and simultaneously earned two degrees, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a B.A. in Music, at the University of Colorado.
