Klemchuk LLP Attorneys Named as Best Lawyers by D Magazine
DALLAS, Texas – Klemchuk LLP, a leading litigation, intellectual property (IP), and business law firm, announces that Darin Klemchuk, founder and managing partner, Bryan Haynes, partner, and Keith Rawlins, senior attorney, have been named to “Best Lawyers” in Dallas for 2021 by D Magazine.
Klemchuk was recognized as one of the best lawyers in Intellectual Property for 2021, marking the 14th time he has been selected since 2007. He has also been recognized numerous times as a Texas Super Lawyer and as a Rising Star by Law & Politics Magazine as published in Texas Super Lawyers Magazine, a Thomson Reuters service.

Bryan Haynes was named a “Best Lawyer” in Business/Commercial Litigation in the 2021 list by D Magazine. Haynes has also been selected in Lawyers of Distinction list for excellence in Intellectual Property, 2019, and is a Fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation.

Keith Rawlins was a named a “Best Lawyer” in Intellectual Property for 2021, which is the 3rd time to be on the IP list since 2016. In addition, Rawlins was recognized by D Magazine as a “Best Lawyer” in Patent Prosecution in 2017.

Klemchuk, the Firm’s founder and managing partner, focuses on all aspects of intellectual property with emphasis on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation. He earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington.
Bryan Haynes is a trial attorney who has, in his 29+ years of practicing, tried more than 60 trials and arbitrations as lead counsel throughout Texas and across the United States. Bryan draws on broad experience in both state and federal courts to prosecute and defend cases involving complex commercial disputes, intellectual property matters, fiduciary duty issues, corporate “divorces”, commercial insurance coverage disputes, and officer & director litigation.
Keith Rawlins, senior attorney, focuses on all forms of intellectual property with an emphasis in preparing, prosecuting, and managing U.S. and international patent portfolios. Keith earned a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, and simultaneously earned two degrees, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a B.A. in Music, at the University of Colorado.
